The GSA, Facilities and Hardware, Supply Chain Management Contracting Division is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for Fifteen (15) Vault Doors for Osan Air Force Base. The RFI will be posted to both eBuy and FBO to gather the maximum amount of market research and information gained will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332999 -All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Telephone submissions will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Description of Requirement The GSA, Facilities and Hardware, Supply Chain Management Contracting Division has received a one-time purchase requirement from Osan Air Force Base to acquire Fifteen (15) Vault Doors for installation (see Statement of Work). Description of Contract Action: Based on the responses to this RFI, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. Responses will also determine strategy for procuring either via MAS or open market. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who can supply the attached materials are invited to submit a response to this RFI by Friday, August 1, 2025 at 12:00PM Eastern.
