The purpose of this Amendment is to integrate the Individual Nonmanufacturer Rule Waiver, approved by the SBA and dated October 16, 2025. After the quotes were received, it became apparent that it is unlikely that a product manufactured by a Small Business manufacturer was capable of meeting the Solicitation requirements. As such, it was necessary to request a Nonmanufacturer Rule Waiver, in accordance with FAR 19.505. That waiver is attached to this Amendment. The due date for any revisions to quotes is due on October 28, 2025, at Close of Business (5:00 PM EST).
