This will be a firm fixed price order. Quotes must be brand name or equal to the following P/N's: P/N: UXS-PDFSUITE-INST, UXstorm PDFsuite. New License, PoP: Date of Award for 12 Months. QTY 1 P/N: UXS-SUPPORT, UXstorm Support, Maintenance, and Training. New License. PoP: Date of Award for 12 Months. QTY 1 P/N: UXS-PDFSUITE-SP, PDFsuite SharePoint Special Bundle. New License. PoP: Date of Award for 12 Months. QTY 1 Address: Keyport, WA Award is subject to the terms and conditions of the RFQ document, including but not limited to the following: Delivery is required 5 days after receipt of order (ARO). Complete and accurate addresses will be provided on the purchase order after award. This is FOB Destination. Letter of Supply/Authorized Reseller letters and/or Teaming Agreements MUST be submitted WITH THE QUOTE. This is Brand Name or Equal requirement, see Attachment 1 Vendors must submit a quote utilizing the Excel Quote worksheet (see Attachment 2) and emailed to the POC below. The award will be conducted based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Past performance evaluation will be performed as part of a responsibility determination. Vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through Vendor Portal or EDI. *Quantity is guaranteed.* Quotes must be valid for 30 calendar days. Technical specifications include that quoted part number is Brand Name or Equal to the requested part number and delivery schedule. Items are subject to review by the contract specialist and the customer prior to award. All quotations shall be submitted to the POC below.
