Technical specifications include that quoted part number is the brand name requested part number, compliant to markings and delivery schedule. Also, vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through vendor portal or EDI. Quoted part numbers must be the brand name requested number to be considered for award, refurbished items will not be considered. Quoted part number is subject to review by the customer and GSA for compliance prior to award. This RFQ will be awarded using the evaluation criteria of the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with FOB Destination Pricing and marked in accordance with Military Standard 129R within16 weeks after receipt of order (ARO) to customer.
