Quoted part number must be brand name MFR: Cisco, PN: GLC-FE-100LX=, Item: 100BASE-LX10 SFP to be considered for award, refurbished items will not be considered. Please review the Brand Name Justification (attachment A). This product is not TAA compliant, the TAA exception per FAR 25.103(e) is applicable to this procurement because this item is an Information Technology that is a commercial product. Also, contractor must acknowledge, mark the order as shipped, and provide tracking information through vendor portal or EDI. Items are subject to review by the customer and GSA prior to award. It will be awarded using the evaluation criteria of the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) and marked in accordance with Military Standard 129R. Delivery will be 12 calendar days After Receipt of Order (ARO) to U.S. consolidation point at Tracy, CA. Ultimate consignee is located in JP. Award is subject to the terms and conditions of the RFQ document, including but not limited to the following: Contractor MUST submit quote for ALL line items in the Excel Quote worksheet as an attachment through (attachment B). Items must be brand new, refurbished items will not be considered. Copy of your item specification sheet is required. Contractor must also sign and return Contractor Self Certification of 129R/Frustrated Freight (attachment C) if they have MIL STD 129R capability. A current Letter of Supply (LOS) stating that contractor is authorized to sell CISCO products and/or contractor must be on the Cisco partner list.
