Technical specifications include that quoted part number is Brand name or equal to the requested part number, compliant to markings and delivery schedule. Also, vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through vendor portal or EDI. Quoted part number must be brand name or equal to referenced part numbers herein to be considered for award, refurbished items will not be considered. QUOTE ALL or NOTHING. Items are subject to review by the Global Supply’s Technical Services Branch and the customer prior to award. It will be awarded using the evaluation criteria of the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) with FOB Destination Pricing and marked in accordance with Military Standard 129R otherwise they must state/quote commercial carrier that would be used to ship directly to the customer and delivered within 14 Weeks after receipt of order (ARO) to customer. Further shipping instructions will be provided upon award. This order is FOB destination.
