Please read the attached RFQ thoroughly, fill it out completely and email it to martin.cieszlak@gsa.gov as an attachment by the stated closing date and time. Be sure to submit both attached documents, the SF1449 and RFQ. Failure to respond by the closing date and time of the RFQ will result in your offer being rejected.
