GSA is seeking quotes for National Instruments PXI/PXIe test and measurement modules—including specified digital I/O, multiplexer, waveform generator, relay, and PXIe multiplexer items—for use with an NI PXIe-1084 test rack. The requirement is brand-name only and new-products only, with exact manufacturer part numbers; alternates, equivalents, refurbished, or used items are unacceptable. Award will be all-or-none to the responsible vendor with the lowest evaluated total price, including transportation, whose complete quote meets all material requirements. Offerors must have active SAM.gov registration at quote submission and award, submit a complete quotation by email as specified, and be registered for EDI/OMS Purchase Orders or willing to onboard within 5 business days of award. Delivery addresses will be provided when the purchase order is issued, and additional shipping instructions may be required from GSA Transportation or NAVSUP.
