Delivery locations will be within the Continental United States, with potential shipment through consolidation points for ultimate OCONUS consignees. Prices are requested on a FOB Destination basis, and vendors must be registered to receive Purchase Orders via EDI or the OMS Vendor Portal. All shipments must comply with MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling to prevent frustrated shipments. Required forms must be submitted via email prior to the close date and time stated in the RFQ.
