Insulated Floor Matting
GSA seeks a fixed-price, single-award, open-market Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for insulating and ribbed floor matting, with a total estimated BPA value of $4.5 million and expiration five years from the effective date. This procurement is a small-business set-aside under NAICS 326299 (650 employees), and products must meet the attached Item Purchase Descriptions; ten of eleven NSNs are Brand Name or Equal, CLINs 1–9 require MIL-DTL-15562 Rev G Notice 1 compliance plus First Article Test reports with quotes and GSA Engineering signoff, while CLINs 10–11 follow CID 7FXEDM5. Contractors must be able to supply at least nine of the eleven NSNs to be considered, and delivery will be FOB Destination in the quoted timeframe for each NSN. Evaluation factors are in Section M, award will be made immediately following evaluations, and the Buy American Act and non-manufacturer rule apply. The awarded contractor will enter a BPA with GSA’s Office of Contracting Operations, Long-Term Contracting Solutions Division.
