This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for an open market, one-time buy that is pursuant to the award of a high priority requisition for Massage Chairs, brand name or equal to Mfr: UltraComfort, PN: UC663 2-Zone Zero Gravity Power Recliner ( Color: Sterling). It is set-aside for small business. Award will be made using the evaluation criteria of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with FOB Destination pricing shipping to Norfolk, VA 23511 and marked in accordance with MIL STD 129R. Quoted items must be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant and brand name or equal to requested part number. It will be awarded all or none. Also, contractor must acknowledge the order, mark the order as shipped, and provide tracking number through the vendor portal. Items are subject to review by the customer prior to award. Product: Mfr: UltraComfort, PN: UC663 2-Zone Zero Gravity Power Recliner ( Color: Sterling), QTY: 20, Quantity is guaranteed. The Subject of the email should read as "RFQ 47QSSC-24-Q-2264 Quote" The following three items MUST be included in your Quote Submission: 1.
