Delivery will ... This procurement is a one-time purchase order set-aside for small business under NAICS 238220. This will be a firm fixed price order. This requirement is for a 15 Ton HVAC Heating Pump. Delivery will be to Naval Air Station North Island, Coronado, CA 92135. Complete and accurate addresses will be provided on the purchase order subsequent to award. This order is FOB destination. Award is subject to the terms and condition of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The details of the 15 Ton HVAC Heating Pump are in the attachment. Products must be TAA compliant. Delivery is required 10 days or sooner After Receipt of Order (ARO). The award will be conducted based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Proposals must include Part numbers, no format required. The equipment must be new, not used or refurbished. The proposal will be technically evaluated to determine that the proposed solution meets the requirements described herein. Past performance evaluation will be performed as part of a responsibility determination. Items are subject to review by the Contract Specialist and the customer prior to award. Quotes shall remain valid for at least 30 days from the date of deadline submission. Government Furnished Equipment/Property will not be provided. Vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through Vendor Portal or EDI.
