It is set-aside for small business. Award will be made using the evaluation criteria of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with FOB Destination pricing and marked in accordance with MIL STD 129R. Quoted items must be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant and "quoted items must meet the Item Purchase Description (IPD) specifications". It will be awarded all or none. Also, contractor must acknowledge the order, mark the order as shipped, and provide tracking number through the GSA OMS vendor portal. Items are subject to review by the technical services branch and the customer prior to award.
