The General Services Administration, Heartland Supply Operations Center, is posting a Request for Quote (RFQ) for NSN 5130-01-566-9115. Vendors quoting must be registered to receive Purchase Orders via EDI or through OMS Vendor Portal. This RFQ is a brand name requirement and the justification and Approval (J&A) can be found as an attachment. This acquisition IS a total small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2. Quotes submitted without the requested information in Section 3 (Administrative Compliance) of the RFQ form will not be considered for award.
