For quote to be considered responsive all attachments must be completed, signed, and returned with the Contractor Response Document. Quotes missing the attachments will be found nonresponsive. Please refer to the first page of the Contractor Response Document, where it states that delivery will be containerized, and the contractor is responsible for loading the containers. It continues on page 2 with a note that GSA will provide the containers. Due to the total weight of these lifts, a forwarding address will not be used.
