This RFQ is a brand name or equal requirement with salient characteristics attached. Order will be a direct shipment to customer. Prices are requested on a FOB Destination bases. Please find attached the RFQ and salient characteristics. Please read all documents/requirements. To be considered for award the following must be submitted complete: Page 1 and 2 of this document, Completed and Signed Read, sign, and return attached MIL-STD-129R Compliance Form Fill-In Clauses Technical Specifications (if applicable) must be included if an ‘or equal’ part number is being quoted.
