This RFQ is a brand name requirement and a justification and Approval (J&A) can be found as an attachment. The award will result in one order for a quantity of 128. Delivery will be required within the CONUS. Prices are requested on a FOB Destination bases. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. Please find attached the RFQ and Item Purchase Description (IPD). In order to be considered: RFQ must be filled out in its entirety and signed, MIL STD 129 must be signed.
