This procurement is a one time delivery order under NAICS 334111 for the following brand name or equal items: 1 ea IP08-12T-2Z-2 EXACQ Rackmount 2U recorder with 8 IP licenses 1 ea 1006CLB-12/24D HES Electric Strike 1 ea 9-17561 Software support agreement, 1-year from installation Installation MUST be included with each quote. Vendors must be a Value Added Reseller according to Software House (https://www.swhouse.com/Home/Index) and must be certified and trained to install offered equipment. Delivery address is to a customer located in Fort Liberty, NC, 28310 and shall include installation. Full address will be provided to the successful offeror after award is made. Award is subject to the terms and condition of the RFQ document, including but not limited to the following: Delivery is required 30 days after receipt of order (ARO) This order is FOB destination. All quoted items must be brand name or equal to the part number listed. All items must be TAA compliant. The award will be conducted based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Past performance evaluation will be performed as part of a responsibility determination.
