It is set-aside for small business. Award will be made using the evaluation criteria of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with FOB Destination pricing and marked in accordance with MIL STD 129R. Quoted items must be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant and brand name or equal to requested part number. It will be awarded all or none. Also, contractor must acknowledge the order, mark the order as shipped, and provide tracking number through the vendor portal. Items are subject to review by the technical services branch and the customer prior to award.
