This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of an electric forklift in support of the Kadena Air Base GSA Servmart operations in Kadena Air Base located in Okinawa, Japan. The scope of this requirement includes all services required for the shipping, delivery, and offloading of the electric forklift to Kadena Air Base located in Okinawa, Japan. Including transportation of the forklift from supplier’s facility to the air base, ensuring safe handling, secure transport, and timely arrival at the designated location on the base. Services required for the shipping, delivery, and offloading of the electric forklift to Kadena Air Base, Japan Salient Characteristics: • Load capacity: 2000 Kg • Overhead Guard Height: 2025 mm • Length to fork face: 2240 mm • Fork only length: 1070 mm • Body width: Not to exceed 1200 mm • Electric/rechargeable battery 200V 3 phase, 510 Ah or 48V 450 Ah • Must have charging cable • Must have no flat tires (front and back) • Must have reverse alarm • Must have standard safety equipment: horn, fire extinguishers • Must have lights • Must have warranty of at least 1 year or 1000 hours • Corrosion control • Must include standard owner’s manuals for parts/service • Must have “GSA” logo Delivery Date: No Later Than 13 January 2025 (Base closed 27 December 2024 through 6 January 2025)
