Note: Previous solicitation No. 47QSCC23R0015 for OCONUS Logistics Service Support CENTCOM was cancelled. 47QSCC23R0040 is a re-solicitation for the OCONUS Logistics Service Support CENTCOM requirement. The purpose of the anticipated procurement is to establish a forward supply logistics solution, the purpose of which is to provide faster delivery of certain commercial items to customers in the area. The solution will cover Federal and Department of Defense (DoD) customers in the following countries: Kuwait, Jordan, Bahrain, Qatar, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Israel, Egypt, and United Arab Emirates (UAE). The contractor will be responsible for sourcing, transporting, stocking, and warehousing National Stock Number (NSN) items and for delivering these items within 3 business days After Receipt of Order (ARO) to ordering customers in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and within 10-15 business days ARO to customers in Jordan, Israel, Iraq, Egypt. This notice serves as a synopsis of proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 5.2. The proposed solicitation will be a Request for Proposal under solicitation number 47QSCC23R0040. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted 15 days from this notice. The solicitation closing date is anticipated to be 30 days after solicitation posting. The applicable NAICS is 493190.
