The purpose of this solicitation and associated requirement is to establish a forward supply logistics solution for sourcing, transporting, warehousing, and delivering commercial National Stock Number (NSN) items to customers in the area. Amendment number 0003 is issued to update Attachment 7 and pricing proposal instructions. Please follow those updated directions and use the updated attachment 7 to submit Vol 3 pricing proposal by September 13, 2024, not later than 10 AM EST. Note: Only offerors that were officially notifed after the Vol 2 proposal evaluation will be allowed to submit their Vol 3 pricing proposals under this Amended solicitation. The intended requirement would establish a forward supply logistics solution in the EUCOM region, the purpose of which is to provide faster delivery of certain commercial items to customers in the area. The contractor will be responsible for sourcing, transporting, stocking, warehousing, and delivering National Stock Number (NSN) items. The solution will be available for use by Federal Agencies and Department of Defense (DoD) customers in the following countries: Portugal, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, the UK, Turkey, Malta, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, and Cyprus (delivery in 7 business days After Receipt of Order (ARO)); Denmark, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Monaco, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Czech Republic, and Austria (delivery in 3 business days ARO); Italy, the Slovakia Republic, Croatia, Kosovo, Bosnia Herzegovina, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Moldova, Albania, Andorra, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia, Vatican (delivery in 5 business days ARO). This notice serves as a synopsis of proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 5.2. The proposed solicitation will be a Request for Proposal under solicitation number 47QSCC23R0008. All other contract and requirement details will be included with the solicitation.
