Offerors are reminded to review the Solicitation Cover Letter, RFP, Attachments, and Amendment(s) for complete instructions for submission of offers. NOTE: Offerors shall complete the Amendment 01 SF 30, Amendment 01 SF 1449, Amendment 01 Attachment A (Pricing Schedule Format), and the Attachment B (Price Proposal Workbook). The due date and time for submission of offers remains unchanged (as shown in the Solicitation Cover Letter). ***************************************************************************************************************************** The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service, intends to issue a Single-Award, Firm-Fixed Price, option-year contract for Janitorial Services at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH)-Hawaii, Buildings 1725 and 1726. This acquisition has been Set-Aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS. All offerors shall have an “Active” status and be registered in the System for Award Management, SAM.gov, prior to the closing of this solicitation. Offeror’s shall use the supplied SF-1449 form that is attached this solicitation notice along with all applicable attachments. The SF-1449 must be signed and dated by the offeror at the time of submission, in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP). Additionally, the RFP and attachments provide specific instructions to offerors for submission of proposals. Any offeror who fails to provide a complete proposal in accordance with the RFP (including all applicable attachments) by the closing of the solicitation may be eliminated from the competitive range and deemed, “Unresponsive”. Offerors shall utilize electronic mail (email) for submission of offers.
