THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN THIS DOCUMENT IS CONFIDENTIAL AND IS PROVIDED ONLY TO GIVE VENDORS AN ADEQUATE UNDERSTANDING OF THE GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION’S REQUIREMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD INFORMATION BE DISCLOSED TO ANY OUTSIDE PARTY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of General Supplies and Services (GSS) and Business Operations Support (BOD) Division is seeking information regarding a contractor’s capability to provide systems development and integration services to replace the current GSA Enhanced Check Out (GECO) system. The current GECO architecture includes several key commercial components that have been configured or tailored to meet GSAs requirements including nChannel point of sale for POS, ASPDOTNET Storefront for web shopping, Skelta for workflow and nChannels multi-channel order management component for managing channel communication with GSAs centralized order management system. The objective of this RFI is to solicit proposed solutions to meet GSA’s functional requirements for GECO, including implementing complete functionality as described in section 2.0 and for providing ongoing system maintenance for the GECO solution after migration. Vendors are encouraged to consider all feasible options that will meet current requirements and position GSA strategically for future growth and enhancement. Note the scope of the O&M portion will not cover unscheduled enhancements to the system. Those will be contracted separately using a Technical Directive Order. The potential project scope and description is identified in the attached document. GSA is seeking industry feedback on the scope and other aspects of the potential project. Questions regarding this RFI shall be submitted in writing no later than 10:00 AM, EST on September 28, 2022 and must be submitted via the following link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeqY2tD9KVria7pKZlYb-3dlQHSx6Umfm1LBtEJZmB2fG3c6Q/viewform.
