The General Services Administration, Office of General Supplies and Services, GSS Central Office Acquisition Division hereby issues this notice of intent to utilize other than full and open competition. GSA intends to award a sole source contract to nChannel, Inc., 2323 W 5th Ave Suite 140, Columbus, OH 43204-4899, for the purchase of annual maintenance for 50 nChannel multi-channel licenses. The NAICS for this requirement is 511210. This award will be made pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subsection 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for annual maintenance for 50 nChannel multichannel licenses for the GSA Enhanced Check-Out 2 (GECO2)/Store Portal application. The nChannel multichannel software is currently utilized in the GSA GECO2/Store Portal application, which provides GSA customers with access to GSA's catalogs of commercial supplies and products. The anticipated period of performance is April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021. This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals.
