This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) number 47QSCC19Q0015 for components of FEMA's Tent Support Package. FEMA utilized inventory from the distribution centers in Hawaii and Guam in order to assist in the recovery efforts from Hurricane Maria. As a result of depleting this inventory, FEMA now needs to replenish certain Tent Supply Package components shipped from these two distribution centers.
