The General Services Administration (GSA) requires the below items, with delivery and installation to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickham. GSA requires one new HVAC System at GSA Servmart, Building 1725. The Contractor shall remove the existing HVAC System, and remove and properly dispose of any associated refrigerant. Contractor shall install a new HVAC System, to include, but not limited to, complete plumbing/piping work for refrigerant and drain pipe, complete electrical/wiring work, perform operational testing, waste disposal, weatherproofing, and provide any other ancillary services and consumables required for installation and operation. See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for requirements. Current concrete slab measurements where the HVAC unit sits equates to measurements of 17’ ½” length, 9’ width and 5’ ½” diameter.
