Th... The General Services Administration (GSA) requires the below items, with delivery and installation to Yokota Air Base, Tokyo, Japan. GSA requires one new HVAC System at building 924 – GSA Mart #46. The Contractor shall remove the existing HVAC System, and remove and properly dispose of any associated refrigerant. Contractor shall install a new HVAC System, to include, but not limited to, complete plumbing/piping work for refrigerant and drain pipe, complete electrical/wiring work, perform operational testing, waste disposal, and provide any other ancillary services and consumables required for installation and operation. Interested parties may request a site visit by contacting Shigeru Tanaka at 011-81-311-755-7589 or DSN 225-7589. The cut-off date to request a site visit shall be 5/10/2021. Any requests for a site visit made after 5/10/2021 will not be honored.
