SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15)

This is an amendment for the OASIS+ WOSB Set-Aside contract, which is a continuously open, multi-domain IDIQ vehicle for professional services. There is no fixed award timeline, as it depends on proposal volume and resources. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the OASIS+ Symphony Portal, which is open for registration and submissions. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and are responsible for reviewing all official solicitation documents posted there. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted through the designated portal.
