This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combo, the attached 47QMCH23R0001_RFP_11-22-2022 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08. A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable): are provided in the attached 47QMCH23R0001_RFP_11-22-2022, along with the Performance Work Statement, Instructions to Offerors, and Evaluation methodology. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: described in the attached 47QMCH23R0001_RFP_11-22-2022, provide escorted transportation for UC in the custody of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point: described in the attached 47QMCH23R0001_RFP_11-22-2022 The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition as supplemented by the instructions to offerors included in the attached 47QMCH23R0001_RFP_11-22-2022 (see page 78).
