On behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD), GSA is conducting market research to understand capabilities related to providing the below requirements: The Defense Management Travel Office (DTMO) is the requiring activity for TMC services for DoD travelers to conduct official travel worldwide. TMC services include making reservations and issuing tickets for commercial modes of transportation, car rental, lodging and related services. Contractors must have the ability, knowledge, and skills in the areas of information technology, call center services, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Government travel suppliers, Government travel policy (Joint Travel Regulations [JTR]), and the Defense Transportation Regulation [DTR]).
