GSA is required to take C-SCRM (Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management) considerations into account when establishing the ETSNext requirement, and this will give GSA valuable vendor C-SCRM information that is required for Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) systems. UPDATE: This final revision of documents includes posting of all Q &A responses, as well as the attachment to support the question re: Authorization Boundary Guidance. An updated version of the Financial Management Strategy Options and Cost Benefit Analysis attachments contain minor revisions but the overall findings are unchanged. The E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) Program is sponsored by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), who has served as the managing partner for the program since its inception in 2003. The ETS program was originally chartered through a cross-agency collaborative task force that included GSA, 70+ federal agencies, and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
