The General Services Administration (GSA), City Pair Program (CPP) contract provides scheduled air passenger transportation service by certified United States air carriers, under 14 CFR Part 121, for various solicited domestic, international, and fifth freedom of the air line items. To be considered for a contract award, carriers shall meet all solicitation requirements and possess all required certifications. The intent of this notification is to conduct market research to identify capable businesses of all sizes, large and small business concerns, that may qualify to participate in the CPP program. To be considered for a potential contract, carriers shall meet all minimum requirements and possess all required certifications. Please complete the attached questionnaire by the time specified in this notice and submit a completed copy to andrea.anderson@gsa.gov and corey.gerst@gsa.gov if your company meets the CPP minimum requirements.
