GSA Fleet is seeking contractor support for vehicle auction and marshalling services, or marshalling-only services, for Government vehicles. Performance is anticipated on or about January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2030 in Yuma, AZ; interested parties must be located within 50 miles and be the owner or legal lessee of the facility. Auction and marshalling tasks include disposition strategy, inspections and condition reporting, imaging, repair/pricing recommendations, marketing, electronic inventory and documentation, buyer management, customer service, payment collection, EV storage/charging/remarketing, transportation, reconditioning, and secure storage/release. Marshalling-only tasks include vehicle transport, delivery inspection, telematics installation/activation, pre-delivery inspections, customer preparation and education, EV charging and support, custodial/sales preparation, shipment documentation, appointment/exchange management, plate disposal, and inventory/security control.
