GSA Fleet has a contin... The purpose of this amendment: 1) provide response to questions and 2) update Section 2 - Contract Administration Data - paragraph d). Please see attached amenddent for details. GSA Fleet has a continued need to purchase a commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) vehicle residual forecasting module that will enable GSA Fleet to calculate an appropriate, straight-line depreciation expense for newly acquired vehicles entering the fleet. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The acquisition is a full and open competitive solicitation. A detailed description of the acquisition is attached which includes a description of the contract requirements, terms and conditions, clauses, and provisions necessary for the acquisition.
