This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clause are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 (June 2, 2023). The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price delivery order as a result of this Request for Quote (RFQ), specifically a Motor Vehicle Delivery Order (MVDO).
