EPA requires three conversion (upfit) kits to be installed into Government Owned Vehicles (GOV), a total quantity of three vehicles based upon on Mercedes Sprinter van (Government Owned Vehicle provided as GFE). The conversion kits are configured to support EPA’s Mobile Air Monitoring (MAM) mission requirements. The objective of the upfit kit acquisition is to solicit, evaluate, and place the order for conversion. The delivery location for the GOVs will be modified to the selected supplier.
