September 30, 2021 - This Special Notice is amended to provide the following information: Thank you for the comments and questions submitted in response to this Special Notice for GSA’s Draft EVSE and Ancillary Services RFQ. GSA is using the information submitted to revise the RFQ prior to final release. The final RFQ is expected to be released in late October 2021. PLEASE NOTE: TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD, ALL FIRMS THAT SUBMIT AN OFFER IN RESPONSE TO THE FINAL RFQ MUST BE ACTIVELY REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM.gov). SAM registration must be completed and showing an “Active” status by the deadline for submitting offers. It may take up to three weeks to complete the registration and activation process. INTERESTED FIRMS THAT ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACTIVELY REGISTERED IN SAM SHOULD INITIATE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS NOW.
