** DEADLINE SEPTEMBER 19, 2019, AT 4:00 PM EASTERN ** Extension to September 19, 2019, is due to the reduction in vehicle estimates for Fletcher, NC. See revised Statement of Work, Pricing Page, and Letter to Offeror in addition to the other documents in the solicitation (required for offer submission). All other documents or requirements remain the same and are unchanged. OFFERORS ARE CAUTIONED THAT QUANTITIES PROVIDED IN THE SOW ARE ESTIMATES ONLY. The Government does not guarantee that all CLINs or estimated volumes-per-CLIN will be utilized during the performance period. Therefore, all Offerors must prepare per-CLIN pricing with regard to the level of effort (ie, particular work required) stated for that CLIN. Please read the Statement of Work (SOW) carefully and thoroughly in order to offer pricing in accordance with the level of effort in each CLIN. Pricing needs to accurately reflect the cost of performing the actual work detailed under each CLIN. No other changes have been made to the attachments, to the instructions, or to the requirements for what constitutes a complete offer. Read and follow instructions. The GSA Zone 4 Fleet Management division estimates that it will receive approximately 472 vehicles to be delivered on this Acquisition Plan in FY 2020 with a like number to be turned in for reassignment or disposal by customers supported. Offerors MUST initial and return ALL pages of the solicitation with their offer. Offerors MUST be completely registered in SAM.gov with current, accurate information.
