This combined synopsis/solicitation is in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed for Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 effective June 5, 2020. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and further solicitation documents will not be issued (with exception of possible amendments, if applicable, to this solicitation). All amendments and any other official communications, if any, from the agency regarding this solicitation will be distributed via https://www.beta.sam.gov or by a means that provides easy access to the notice of proposed contract action through the Government-wide point of entry.
