8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8)

This is a pre-solicitation notice for environmental services at four Air Force bases: Grand Forks, Ellsworth, Minot, and Offutt. The contractor will provide a wide range of support, including environmental compliance, hazardous waste management, and reporting. Site visits are scheduled at each base in late April 2026, and registration is required by April 10, 2026. The contract will be a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price, Time and Material, and Cost arrangement and is set aside for Section 8(a) businesses.
