This LSJ seeks to limit consideration to the only Contractor who possesses the requisite technical capability to fulfill the requirements based on market research. The Government intends to restrict competition by issuing a request for quote (RFQ) to this Contractor under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Special Item Number (SIN) 611512, Flight Training, in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B).
