The purpose of this notification is to provide a copy of the Limited Source Justification executing a 30 day Base Period with a following 30 day option pending the decision and outcome from GAO with regard to a protest for a previously awarded task order that was procured on a competitive basis. The U.S. Air Force has an urgent need for their services to continue and the attached LSJ provides authorization for those services to continue This order is for services for which the Government has solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1).
