In order to extend logistics support for AFCENT systems, this effort shall implement a minimum 10-year SLEP for six (6) DTACAN systems. The Contractor shall maximize the use of commercial off-the-shelf Thales Inc. components that, when integrated, provide increased reliability, increased sustainability and decreased maintenance. The proposed system shall have an Operational Availability (Ao) threshold of 99% while continuously operating twenty-four (24) hours a day, 365 days a year.
