This requirement is for the acquisition of an AFPOA-headed seven-agency consortium requirement for Government Retirement & Benefits (GRB) software subscriptions for a subscribing population of 700,000 to 800,000 users to allow for an enterprise-wide web application that provides federal employees with 24/7 access to personalized and general information about government-wide benefits programs. The GRB Platform software combines its two previous core systems, EBIS and GRB Assist, into one integrated system to allow for an enterprise-wide web application that provides federal employees with 24/7 access to personalized and general information about government-wide benefits programs. This sole-source task order will be awarded to GRB, Inc., a small business vendor. This requirement is solely for providing yearly GRB Platform software subscriptions for a base year period of performance and four one-year option periods, with initial subscription date commencing on 01 January 2022 and ending on 31 December 2022 or 31 December 2026 (upon exercise of all option periods).
