A sole-source contract action to issue a modification to extend the TO for twelve (12) months in order to safeguard mission-critical defensive cyber and communications security operations, retain vital workforce expertise, and prevent a lapse in service in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B) - only one awardee is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services ordered are unique or highly specialized. •Extend the Period of Performance from 7 April 2025 to 6 April 2026 •Prevent lapse of this critical service while providing the Government the necessary time to award the follow-on competitive TO. •No change in scope
