The Air National Guard’s Air Force Reserve Command Test Center (AATC) seeks contractor support for operational test and evaluation of Air Reserve Component weapons systems and modernization efforts, with performance based at Tucson ANGB, AZ and operating locations at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ; Eglin AFB, FL; Little Rock AFB, AR; Roland R. Wright ANGB, UT; and Hancock Field ANGB, NY. The contractor would assist from concept development through test planning, execution, data analysis, reporting, logistics, studies/analysis, System Under Test acquisition, program management, integration engineering, and technology insertion. Support covers numerous ARC platforms and capability areas, including A-10, C-130, F-15, F-35, F-16, C-17, KC-135, KC-46, HH-60, HC/MC-130, MQ-9, Special Warfare, Cyber, logistics, and electronic warfare. Required expertise includes platform operations/maintenance, systems integration, developmental/operational test, airworthiness/FAA approvals, avionics integration, systems/design engineering, integrated logistics support, cybersecurity, and DoD integrated product team participation. Most projects average six months to three years from concept approval to final report and initial fielding, though complexity may shorten or extend timelines.
