This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) under GSA Solicitation ID # 47QFSA21Q0098 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used for this acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 effective July 12, 2021. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order for this requirement to Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC 24796 Forest Knoll Lane, Lake Forest, CA 92630 using procedures outlined in FAR subpart 13.5 in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
