May 7, 2020 This synopsis/sources sought is for SOF TCCC Casualty Evacuation (CASEVAC) Sets which are designed using a Sets, Kits, and Outfits (SKO) logistics approach consisting of sets/kits organized according to field functionality (extraction, mobility, transport, and sustainment). Each kit is further broken down into individual modules that are, again, grouped according to sub-functionality; each kit consists of 2 to 6 modules. New Equipment Training (NET) training and spiral development are also required. Currently, the Government plans to solicit a commercial Request for Proposal (RFP) using FAR 12 and 15 procedures that is set aside for small business. This posting provides the draft documents for Industry Feedback. A Draft Brand Name Only J&A is also included. The Draft RFP, to include evaluation criteria, provisions and clauses will be posted after the Governement's consideration of the responses received. This document contains the List of Materials and on Tab 4 (Appendix A Replace Parts) are the Brand Name Only items listed. Additionally, the Draft RFP won't be posted until Industry Feedback is received. The Government is moving Industry day due to schedule conflicts. Currently it planned for the week of July 1st. The Government will schedule one on one sessions for those that submitted responses to the RFI. 6.22.2020 Draft Documents have been posted (LOM, PPQ, Draft/Initial Instructions to Offerors and Draft/Initial Evaluation Criteria) 6/30/2020 Posted are the Industry Day Slides in response to the the questions posed. If you have provided responses to this RFI and desire further feedback please have your questions, sent via email to Sonia.Hammons@gsa.gov , and submitted by July 7th, 2020 at 4:30 EST, and we will schedule one on one sessions Thursday July 9th, 2020. 7/8/2020 Per the update post on 6/30/2020, interested parties who required additional feedback and submitted their questions by the 7 July 2020 deadline, have been notified with their scheduled time for a one on one session with the contracting officer. 7/9/2020 Please find the Past Performance Questionnaire attached. 10/23/2020 Please find Revised Draft Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Criteria Attached. This superceeds previous Draft versions. Questions and comments may be submitted through COB 28 October 2020. It is anticipated the final RFP will be posted within the next three weeks.
