On behalf of the United States Marine Corps (USMC), the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Region 8, intends to issue Solicitation 47QFRA19R0001 (Project ID08190005) on or about June 7, 2019. The main objective of this requirement is to obtain Aircraft Organizational Level (O-Level) Contract Maintenance Support (CMS), along with the functions of Maintenance Control, Out of Reporting Aircraft Management, Quality Assurance, Technical Directive Compliance, Phase, Corrosion Control, Logs and Records Clerks, and Supply. Non-destructive inspection requirements are also included as Intermediate (“I”) Level Maintenance functions. The CMS will be performed at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, CA, at Marine Aircraft Group 11 (MAG-11) and Marine Fighter Attack Training Squadron 101 (VMFAT-101). GSA intends to award a single firm-fixed-price/time and materials type contract to fulfill this requirement.
